Christopher Manczak serves as Assistant Secretary on the PHDG Board of Directors, providing governance support and real estate oversight. As Broker of Record, he helps ensure compliance with California Department of Real Estate (DRE) requirements and provides guidance on real estate matters affecting PHDG’s portfolio of affordable senior communities. His role is focused on board governance, regulatory oversight, and fiduciary stewardship.
Christopher brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, and multifamily housing. Previously a top producer at Colliers International, he worked on acquisitions and asset transitions for institutional Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and multifamily ownership groups.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and contributes his expertise in real estate, compliance, and governance to support PHDG’s mission and long-term sustainability.
