Eloise Tweeten

Eloise Tweeten joined PEP Housing’s Board of Directors in 2024 and currently chairs the Governance Committee. Ms. Tweeten has owned and operated Tweeten Eldercare Advisors since 2008, providing placement and advisory services to seniors who need more support than can be provided at home. She also holds an RCFE Administrator certification (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly). Previously, she worked in human resource management and consulting for over 20 years. Eloise is a former board member of Friends House, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Santa Rosa and served as president and in various other roles with The Rotary Club of Santa Rosa Sunrise since 2006. She was a founding board member and volunteer with RECOURSE, Redwood Empire Conflict Resolution Services and has been actively involved with other professional and philanthropic organizations throughout her career. Ms. Tweeten was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BA in Psychology and MS in Business. She has lived in Santa Rosa since 1992.
