Harry Coffey joined PEP Housing’s Board of Directors in 2018. Harry serves as the Board Chair and is the Development Committee Chair. Mr. Coffey is a licensed California real estate broker since 1979 and was Senior Executive Banker for a twenty-five office mortgage banker/brokerage firm for 20 years with Washington Mutual Bank. His extensive experience also includes Investors Trust Mortgage Corporation as Executive Vice President and Real Estate broker of record from 1995 to 2008, Ryan Mortgage Corporation as Independent Real Estate Mortgage Broker from 2008 to 2019. Harry has many key accomplishments, Being part of the leadership team of Board Members to hire a new C.E.O and President for PEP Housing. This strategic hire changed every aspect of the organization.
2025 Heart of Sonoma County—Excellence in Board Leadership award. Presented by the Center Volunteer Nonprofit Leadership, 2025 “WeAreGenH” Sonoma County Housing Chairman Award for Board Leadership. Presented by GenHousing of Sonoma County. 2026 California Legislature -Certificate of Recognition for Excellence in Board Leadership. Presented by California Senators Mike McGuire and Christopher Calbaldon. Harry is the past President of Sunrise Rotary Club of Santa Rosa and Sonoma Country Executives Club, Affiliate of the Year for the Sonoma County Board of Realtor’s, Membership Chair of the Sonoma County Alliance.
Harry’s education includes: Bachelor of Science –Western Illinois University, M.B.A. George Williams College, and College of Insurance-Princeton University.
