Ingrid Anderson is a licensed architect in California with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in architectural design, project management, and urban planning.
Appointed as one of two architect board members to the City of Santa Rosa Design Review and Preservation Board, she leverages a unique educational and professional background that bridges local development and historical context, having practiced in the Central Coast and for the last 15 years in the northern California.
Ms. Anderson is the Principal Architect of Santa Rosa-based Anderson Architecture & Planning, originally Hedgpeth Architects, where she focuses on navigating complex regulatory frameworks to deliver innovative market-rate and affordable multi-family housing solutions, as well as commercial and single family residential projects.
She holds a Master of Architecture from Rice University and graduated Cum Laude from Bryn Mawr College with a Bachelor of Arts in The Growth and Structure of Cities.
Deeply committed to the Sonoma County community, she also serves on the Board of Directors and Real Estate Development Committee for PH Development Group, North Bay Property Services, and North Bay Community Impact (formerly PEP Housing), is an alumna of Santa Rosa Metro Chamber’s Leadership Santa Rosa, and has resided in Santa Rosa since 2011.
