Sean Pryden

Sean Pryden joined PHDG’s Board of Directors in 2011. Mr. Pryden serves as the Vice Chair and is on all Board committees. Sean Pryden is a Managing Director of Investments with Wells Fargo Wealth & Investment Management, based in the firm’s San Francisco High Net Worth office. With more than 20 years at Wells Fargo, Sean has served in a variety of leadership roles and is a founding partner of a $4 billion Private Wealth team that works with family offices, individuals, and foundations to help achieve their strategic and philanthropic priorities.

In addition to his professional career, Sean is an active community leader. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Santa Rosa Symphony and Vice President of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council, reflecting his longstanding commitment to supporting organizations that strengthen the communities they serve.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, as well as two master’s degrees—one in Commerce and Economic Development and another in Personal Financial Planning. His extensive experience in wealth management, strategic planning, and nonprofit leadership brings valuable insight and perspective to the Board.
