He is known for driving operational excellence, improving compliance outcomes, and building strong relationships with public agencies, investors, community partners, and residents. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to preserving and enhancing affordable housing opportunities for underserved communities.
Wes holds his California Brokers License as well as various accreditations in affordable housing through the National Affordable Housing Management Association including CPM, NAHCP, HCCP, FHC, and COS.
