PH Development Group recognizes that our residents need more than just a comfortable, safe and affordable place to live in order to maintain their dignity and independence. They also need benefits to survive and timely access to supportive services as needs change.
Our Resident Services Coordinator team brings a unique blend of practical experience, professional training, and resident-centered support skills that enhance the quality of life and community experience for residents. With experience assisting residents through benefits navigation (including CalFresh and Medi-Cal), housing stability support, and high-volume client interaction, our team is well-equipped to connect residents to essential services and resources. We combine this background with formal training — including a Social Work and Human Services certificate, Mental Health First Aid training, long-term American Association of Service Coordinator certification, and supportive care training — underscoring our commitment to compassionate, informed service that helps residents thrive.
Grounded in strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving, our RSC team works collaboratively with property management to support resident engagement, stability, and wellbeing. We strive to foster welcoming, inclusive communities by helping residents access needed resources, navigate challenges, and feel supported in their homes. Whether assisting with resource referrals, or community outreach. Qur team’s diverse experience and ongoing professional development contribute to positive resident outcomes and a stronger, more connected community.
As our residents age, health crises may occur and new needs arise, but our residents know they can count on their Resident Service Coordinators for compassionate and timely help.

Aging can impact physical and mental health. RSC’s schedule informative presentations on common issues such as health care and medication management, budgeting, grief support, fraud awareness and fall-prevention. They provide movement classes that build core strength and balance and help reduce stress. Discussion groups that focus on aging issues develop self-esteem while fostering a sense of community and interdependence.
